1. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating as a vendor at Paia Farmers Market LLC, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms apply to all vendors, participants, and visitors of the market.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must provide accurate and current information during registration and update any changes promptly.
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of their booths. Vendors are responsible for removing all their rubbish and debris.
•  Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including obtaining any necessary permits and insurance.

3. Market Policies

•  All products sold shall be locally grown produced or crafted.
• Vendors must adhere to the market’s operating hours and set-up/tear-down times.
• The market reserves the right to inspect and approve all products and request to be remove any items deemed inappropriate.

4. Fees and Payments

• Vendor fees range from $50 to $150, depending on booth size services and location .
• Fees must be paid in full and in advance.

5. Liability

•  Paia Farmers Market LLC, is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs on the market premises.
•  Vendors required to have their own insurance to cover any potential liabilities including all additional underinsured names provided by Paia Farmers Market LLC.

6. Termination

•  The Paia Farmers Market LLC reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s participation for violating any terms of service or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
• Termination decisions are final and non-negotiable. 

7. Amendments

• These terms may be updated or amended at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.
